Description

RENAR national brand consists of an ellipse that has the report semi axis horizontal / vertical semi axis 2:1 and includes inside it the words RENAR and ROMANIA, as well as the Romania's coat of arms. Horizontal axis and vertical dimensions are 95 mm and 47.5 mm, and the line shape of 1 mm thick ellipse.

Use

RENAR can use national accreditation mark only in certificates of accreditation and in its own site www.renar.ro. Use it on any other document is prohibited. The documents that use the national mark of accreditation is prohibited under this procedure will be used RENAR logo.

Description of National Accreditation Mark

RENAR national brand consists of an ellipse that has the report semi axis horizontal / vertical semi axis 2:1 and includes inside it the words RENAR and ROMANIA as well as the Romania's coat of arms. Horizontal axis and vertical dimensions are 95 mm and 47.5 mm, and the line shape of 1 mm thick ellipse. Romanian coat of arms has the height and width of 16.5 mm and 12 mm and is located at equal distance from ROMANIA and RENAR words.

National Accreditation Mark

The vertical axis is the axis of symmetry for ROMANIA, Romanian coat of arms and RENAR.

  • ROMÂNIA - 24 font Times New Roman
  • RENAR - 36 font Times New Roman

ROMANIA and RENAR words follow the contours of the inner ellipse.

The colors of National Accreditation Mark

If the mark must be increased or decreased, it is necessary to respect the proportions shown in the near figure. The Mark has the following colors:

ROMÂNIA

  • letters «RO» blue.
  • letters «MÂN» yellow.
  • letters «IA» red.

The elipse: black.

Romanian coat of arms has the official colors.

  • letters «AR» res.

PR-10 Use of the National Accreditation Mark

The use of National Accreditation Mark by RENAR

  • 6.2.1. RENAR can use the National Accreditation Mark only on the accreditation certificates.
  • 6.2.2. The use of the mark on any other documents is forbidden.
  • 6.2.3. On the documents on which the use of the National Accreditation Mark is forbidden can be used the RENAR’s sign (under the conditions stipulated in the procedure regarding the use of RENAR’s sign).

The use of National Accreditation Mark by the accredited entities

  • 6.3.1. The right to use the National Accreditation Mark is gained when obtaining the accreditation certificate. The use or the reference to it before the accreditation certificate is obtained is forbidden.
  • 6.3.2. The right of using the National Accreditation Mark is mentioned in the accreditation contract.
  • 6.3.3. Depending on the type of the accredited entities, the National Accreditation Mark can be applied on the documents issued (for example on reports / certificates etc.) for the accredited activities.
  • 6.3.4. The application is made by stamping or by printing the National Accreditation Mark, received together with the accreditation certificate, under the condition of using it together with the number of the accreditation certificate and the accreditation referential, under the responsibility of the accredited entity.
  • 6.3.5. Also, according to the provision of Guide EA 3/01, when using the National Accreditation Mark, the field of accreditation should be mentioned.
